Our Phase 3 pupils had the opportunity to understand what life was like as a WW1 solider, particularly what their experiences in the trenches were. The session was incredibly eye-opening for students as they learnt all about the day to day living conditions for ordinary soldiers in the trenches to enhance their understanding of trench warfare. Some students even tried on the uniform.
